PantherList (How To) Create a PantherList

UWM community members may create their own mailing lists through the PantherList service.

First, navigate to

Log in using your normal UWM credentials and multi-factor authentication method. 

In the left hand portion of the screen, you will see a heading of Create a New PantherList.  You will choose one of the list types by clicking on its name.

Choosing a list type will take you to the set up page in which you will name the list, identify the list owner(s) and identify the list moderator(s).  Each list must have one owner, but it is recommended that there be two or more, depending on the list type or reason for creating the list.  


You will also be able to set a password for the PantherList, if you would like to add that security to the list, but passwords, brief list description and detailed list description are not required fields when creating a new PantherList.  

Once the list settings are as you desire, click the Create button and your list request will be processed.
