Sharing a site
You can use the Share command to invite other people in your organization to a site.

Sharing a file or folder
The files you store on a SharePoint site are usually available to everyone with permissions to the site, but you may want to share specific files or folders with people who don't otherwise have access to the site. When you share files and folders, you can decide whether to let people edit or just view them.
Please see this Microsoft article for more information on sharing files or folders in SharePoint sites:

Get a link to a file or folder that you can copy
Another way to share is to get a link to a file or folder that you can copy and paste in a text message or on a website. People you share these links with can also forward your link to others.
Please see this Microsoft article for more information on getting a link to files or folders in SharePoint:

Stop sharing files or folders
You can stop sharing an item, or change the permissions others have to it, if you're the owner of the item or have edit permissions.
Please see this Microsoft article for more information on how to stop sharing files or folders in OneDrive for Business or SharePoint site:

Files with sensitivity labels
