LinkedIn Learning – How to log in

This article has directions for logging into LinkedIn Learning for students, employees and instructional staff.

All UWM students and employees have free access to LinkedIn Learning. It offers over 15,000 courses and is designed for easy online learning across all devices.

For UWM employees, access to LinkedIn Learning has transitioned to Workday. Please review the information below for instructions to access LinkedIn Learning.

Students

Students should access LinkedIn Learning through assignments in Canvas from their instructors or by this direct link to UWM's LinkedIn Learning account.

Employees

Employees should access LinkedIn Learning through Workday Learning. Using Workday Learning, any courses taken in LinkedIn Learning will appear on your Workday Learning Transcript.

For more information on accessing LinkedIn Learning courses in Workday, see the article Enrolling In Courses.

Please note: Courses you took prior to LinkedIn Learning moving to Workday will not appear in your Workday Learning Transcript. To maintain your learning history, follow the steps in the LinkedIn Learning Course History article.

Instructional Staff

To assign LinkedIn Learning content to your students, access LinkedIn Learning through Canvas as you normally would.

For your own professional development, access LinkedIn Learning through Workday Learning as described in the Employees section.
