Google Chromebooks do work on UWM WiFi.

Please use setup instructions found here to connect a Chromebook to UWMWiFi.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Chromebooks run an operating system called Chrome OS. Chromebooks MUST be on at least Chrome OS version 37 to successfully connect to UWM WiFi.

How to update your Chrome OS system

If a Chromebook is using an older version of Chrome OS, then we will have to update it before it can connect to UWM WiFi. Unfortunately, you will not be able to connect to UWM Wifi or UWM Visitor to do this. You will need to get on a "non-UWM WiFi" network to update the Chromebook OS.
