Emergency Information - Training - Web / Enterprise / PCI Emergency Contacts

This is a working document containing emergency contacts for the Web Team, Enterprise Team (ImageNow and Hobsons CRM) as well as the PCI logging environment.

Web Applications and Websites

Major services that have after hours usage (after 5PM M-F and Weekends) are:

  • NHO Listing
  • BOSS Dispatch System
  • Swiper Event Tracking

Alerts are automated depending on the website or application. We have outage monitoring via System Center Operations Manager via the SAITS-Alerting@uwm.edu distribution list.

After Hours issues are handled based on the severity of the issue. Show-stopping issues, such as the BOSS application no longer responding or GuestPass being down, will be looked at ASAP. If it is merely an inconvenience issue, it may wait until the next university business day.

Document Imaging (ImageNow)

This service is not typically used outside of normal Business Hours. Possible exceptions are during the busy seasons for Admissions.

Service outage information is propogated from UW-Madison. After Hours issues are handled based on the severity of the issue.

CRM (Hobsons Radius)

This service is primarily used during Business Hours. Possible exceptions are during busy seasons and various events for Admissions, as well as school/college recruiters. Various imports / exports run during off hours.

We have a few automated alerts that are setup and sent via email. After Hours issues are handled based on the severity of the issue.

PCI (Logging related)

There are no issues typically that would need to be handled during After Hours times. Issues pertaining to logging generally relate to Server issues within the PCI scope. Therefore, SAITS PCI staff would address those issues. Our responsibility would be then to verify the logging of data.
