Identity Management - Local Registration Authority (LRA) Credentialing Process
This process provides additional assurance that an assigned MFA token or smart phone is assigned to the appropriate person and usage of that device proves your identity to individuals or systems, such as HRS or SFS.
In order to elevate your level of assurance, a Local Registration Authority (LRA) will credential you to meet the requirements of applications that require elevated assurance.
You must provide two (2) forms of identification, one from each category below, to be properly credentialed.
- UWM Affiliation: UWM Campus ID card
- Government-issued ID: State-issued Photo ID, US Military Card, Passport
Once you are ready to schedule an appointment, please contact one of the appropriate Local Registration Authorities (LRAs). These individuals are authorized to credential / identity proof a customer to enable the higher level of assurance used by applications such as HRS, SFS and OBIEE. Please contact an individual below to assist you in scheduling an identity proofing appointment.
