Accessibility - Installation for Read&Write for Windows

This article will explain how to install Read & Write software on a Windows device. Read & Write is an assistive learning and literacy software available at no charge to UW-Milwaukee students. For technical support email u.s.info@texthelp.com - or call (888) 248-0652

2.  Click on Try Now

3.  Click on the Windows icon

 Select Installation Platform
 
4. Click on the Install button

5. Select Read&Write for Windows - US from the drop down menu

Google Chrome instructions

1. In Google Chrome, double click on read&write.exe

2. Select Run to install Read&Write.

3. Click on the Yes button when asked if you want to allow this app to make changes to your device. 

 


Mozilla Firefox Instructions

1. In Mozilla Firefox, click on Save File.

2. Click on the download icon and then on read&write.exe.

3. Click on the Yes button when asked if you want to allow this app to make changes to your device. 

 

Microsoft Edge Instructions

1. In Microsoft Edge, click on Run.

2. Click on the Yes button when asked if you want to allow this app to make changes to your device. 

Accept and Install Button

3. Click on Accept and Install.

 

4.  Double click on theRead&Write icon to open the application.

5. Choose Sign in with Microsoft and enter your UWM ePanther credentials (UWM Office 365 email address and password).
