  • This will place the caller on hold.
  • A search box with suggested users will be displayed.

    • This will take the caller off hold and they will be transferred.
  • You can also call the user directly from the consult window.
    • Click on the phone button to call the user.
    • When you are finished consulting hang up.
    • If you still need to transfer the call, follow the instructions for Transfer and transfer the call.

Parked Calls

This method is used to transfer call an existing call from one device to another, but within your own line. For example; if I am taking a call on my desktop computer but I wish to transfer the call to my mobile phone, I would park the call on my desktop first to place it on hold, then I would pick up the parked call on my mobile phone by entering a code. To use Parked calls
  • When in a call, hover over the on screen control panel and click the … (More options) button.
  • Click the option to Park Call
  • This will park the call
  • Once the call is parked the caller will be placed on hold with music.
  • You will see a Parked Code (Ex: Parked – Code 12)
  • Go to the device you would like to transfer the call to.
  • Click on the Calls tab of the device.
  • Click on the Parked calls button.
Note: The location of the button will vary with your device.
  • Enter in the Parked Code (Ex: Parked – Code 12)
  • This will pick up the call taking the caller off hold and you can continue your conversation.
