The Self Service application installed on your Mac gives you the power to resolve issues like this yourself, which can be often faster than submitting a ticket.
How to Access self Service on a Mac
Begin accessing the JSS Self Service application by searching for "Self Service" (or any portion of the term) in Spotlight Search, accessible from either the magnifying class icon in the top right of the bar at the top of the screen or by pressing Command + Space.
Upon launching of the Self Service app, you will be presented with the following screen,
Starting with the categories on the right (while Self Service is selected on the left), we can see multiple options for installing applications and performing other actions,
where the following applications and options are available below. Install / use these options using the button below next to the "i" information button. The button will change to "uninstall" from "install" after the Self Service application refreshes.
