Office 365 (Outlook on the Web) - Calendar Color Categorization
This article shows how a Outlook on the Web user can color categorize their calendar.
1. Log onto your Office 365 e-mail account on a web browser by going to this link: outlook.office365.com
2. Go to the calendar function by click on the Application Picker at the top right
3. Click on New to create a new calendar event meeting your needs of the event
4. Click on the Categorize dropdown bar and select a color
5. Click on Save
The calendar event should now be color coated to the color category you set it to while still remaining on the Calendar that you set it to. You can hide the calendar event even if its color categorized by clicking on the Calendar removing the highlight and removing it from view.
