Office 365 - Outlook on the Web (How To) Show All Folders
This document provides steps on how to show all of your folders in Outlook on the Web.
- Open Outlook on the Web and login to your account.
- On the Outlook on the web home screen under Folders, you will see three main options in your left-hand column: Favorites, your email name and Groups.
As shown in the clip below, you can click on any arrow to provide a drill down of the folders and Groups associated with the main option.
Note: if you have folders that exist within their respective parent folders, you will need to expand the parent folder to see these.
