M365 (Information) - Storage Limits

Microsoft enforces size limits in OneDrive and Sharepoint. This knowledge base article links to Microsoft's documentation on those limits.
 

This document provides an overview of Microsoft 365 services' storage limits as well as storage limit differences based on UWM affiliation.

Microsoft 365 Service

Note: Current Microsoft 365 service storage limits are subject to change. University IT Services advises against using large amounts of storage in Teams/SharePoint due to upcoming changes by Microsoft that will result is less storage allocation in the future.
