Panthera: Graduate School Application System

At 12:00 am CDT on April 4th, the Graduate School rolled out a new application system. It is called Panthera, and will be used for all graduate school applicants to apply to all programs.

Basic Information:

New User Registration

All applicants will need to create an account on their first visit to the Panthera application by using the following link: UWM Grad School.  This applies to all students regardless of whether they are current or past UWM students, and to all faculty and staff who wish to submit an application.

Click on the New User Registration and follow the steps required to set up an account.

NOTE: The login is the e-mail address you used when you first registered as an applicant to the graduate school, not your ePanther ID.

If applicants wish to apply multiple times, they should use their account to login for each application.  They will always use the same account to access the system, regardless of how many times they apply.  This will allow them to see all of their applications in one place.
If an applicant is having trouble logging in, or may have forgotten their password, they can click on the link below the login button that says Forgot your password?.

Forgotten Password

Enter in your e-mail address used when you first registered as an applicant to the graduate school and follow the prompts on the page and/or follow the e-mail contents sent to you.
Enter E-Mail

The graduate school can be reached at (414) 229-6569, or by emailing

Graduate school hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
