M365 Outlook (How To) Display Coworkers' Availability in iOS
The Microsoft Outlook app for iOS now is able to displays coworkers' availability when creating events in the calendar.

Open the Outlook app and navigate to the Calendar section.

Click the plus (+) icon to create a new event.

Tap the People button.

Search for the coworkers you wish to invite to the event and tap the check at the top right of the screen when you're done picking.

Tap the the Date button to find a date that works for everyone.

A calendar will pop up, you can see dates available in white, yellow, and red. These are indicators for availability.

Tapping a white box indicates a date where everyone is available.

A yellow box indicates that one or more of the members of the event are only available at certain times.

A red box indicates a day where one or more of the members of the event will not be available at all.

Once you pick a day, tap the check at the top right of the screen. Proceed to tap the Time button to select the time you will be meeting.

You will be brought to a screen where you can select times to meet. The app will let you know whether members are available during certain times or not.

A red box means that one or more of the members will not be available to meet at that time.
- A green box indicates a time where all members are available to meet. Tap the check when you have finished selecting a time to meet at.
- Once done picking the the date and time, fill out any remaining details of the event and tap the check on the top right of the screen to create the event.
