D!BS! - Reserving Group Study Rooms in the Library
Library group study room reservations are now managed through a system called D!BS instead of through an Office 365 calendar. This document will explain how to use this system to reserve a room and how to check if a room is available.
2. Search for available times by entering in the number of people in your group, the length of your reservation, and desired time.
3. After clicking 'Search', click on the desired time and you will be taken to a list of rooms available during that time. If a room is not displayed, that means it has already been reserved for that specific block of time.
4. After clicking on the desired room, you will be taken to the Registration Information screen. Enter your phone number and click the Call D!BS! button.
5. Users will receive notifications via email and text message to remind them of the room reservation and when their reserved time is almost up.
