Please navigate to that page and follow the instructions for the appropriate transcript request.  

If you are still having issues requesting your transcripts after following the instructions on that page: 

UNDERGRADUATE -

• For information about undergraduate transcripts, students can contact the registrar's office at 414.229.3800 (2, then 4).
• No transcript request can be made over the phone because a student signature is required.
• If you are having difficulty completing the online form, please contact Credentials Customer Service Representatives at 847.716.3005. Customer Service representatives are available from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm on Monday-Thursday and from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (CST) on Fridays.

GRADUATE -

• Questions can be directed to the Graduate Office 414.229.6569 Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
