Qualtrics - General Support
Qualtrics is a third party software used by UWM staff and students to create and conduct surveys, store data, and create reports. PLEASE NOTE: UWM Does not have a license for the Qualtrics XM app so it WILL NOT integrate with our instance of Microsoft Teams. -UWM Qualtrics Admin
Users who have questions about using the Qualtrics survey software or data should consult the resources available at Qualtrics Survey Support.
Qualtrics offers support via phone, email and online documentation:

If you are unable to log in to Qualtrics, and you have never accessed Qualtrics previously, this probably means that you do not have a Qualtrics account.
If you are having issues with something other than logging into your account, using the software, or manipulating the data, please send an email to qualtrics-administrator@uwm.edu with all relevant information.
Functions performed by qualtrics-administrator@uwm.edu include:
- Creation of groups
- Adding/removing users from groups
- Changing survey ownership from one user/group to another
- Enable/disable API access permission
- Retrieving a survey that has been deleted
- Change email address in a trigger
