How to log in using a local Login on the Mac

When opening or turning on a computer for the first time, you will be presented with the Entra Login window, commonly referred to as the Jamf Login Window. This is the normal route for logging in and using your credentials. It looks something like this:

If you need to log in with a Local account that was added to the machine, you can use one of the icons at the top right of the display. The next Picture shows what each of the icons do:

To log in with a Local account, select the far left icon that looks like a Computer. This will switch you to the local account, where you will be prompted to enter a username and password at the bottom of the screen. You can enter the account details of the Local account here to log in.
