Zoom Video Conferencing - How to Log In to a UWM Zoom Account

Follow these instructions to log into a UWM Zoom account.

Applies to:

UWM Faculty & Staff who have an activated Zoom license to create and host Zoom meetings with Pro features.

How to Login on the Web (Option 1)

  1. Visit this web address: https://wisconsin-edu.zoom.us/
  2. Click Sign in
  3. Sign in with your ePanther account name and password
  4. If prompted to do so, authenticate using Azure MFA.
  5. Done! You are signed into Zoom on the web and will go to the My Profile page. (Tip: you can customize your profile)

How to Login to the Zoom client for Meetings (Option 2)

  1. If you do not already have Zoom installed, begin by installing the Zoom client for Meetings on your computer.
  2. UWM computers running Microsoft Windows can install Zoom using the Software Center. See: https://kb.uwm.edu/42102
  3. UWM computers running Apple macOS can install Zoom using Self Service. See: https://kb.uwm.edu/105365
  4. For personal computers, visit https://zoom.us/download and download & install the Zoom Client for Meetings
  5. Open the Zoom client on your computer
  6. Select Sign in with SSO
  7. zoom
  8. If you are prompted to enter Company Domain, enter WISCONSIN-EDU (WISCONSIN hyphen EDU)

  10. You will be directed with your ePantherID and password online.
  11. Sign in with your ePanther account and password.
  12. If prompted to do so, authenticate using Azure MFA.
  13. Done! You are signed into the Zoom desktop client.
