UWM Help Desk Hours of Operation Change

In an effort to provide more efficient use of resources, the UWM Help Desk will be operating on new hours of service.
UWM Help Desk new hours are:
Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. – Midnight
Friday 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday 9:00 a.m. - Midnight
The change impacts phone and email support only. Customers will still be able to report emergency system
outages 24/7 via the Help Desk at (414) 229-4040 or toll free (877) 381-3459.
