MacOS Updates - Nudge

FYI the Upgrade to macOS 11/12 dialogs are now appearing on devices. The help desk may get questions regarding this update.
For devices running macOS 11 and older, users will see a dialog prompting them to Upgrade their computers to the latest version of macOS their device supports. This will launch Self Service directly to the policy that installs macOS 11 or 12. Devices running macOS 11 that can only support macOS 11 will not see prompts to upgrade to macOS 12.
Please note that the due date for the upgrade is Sept 1 at 12 noon CST so users who do not manually update their MacOS will see increasingly frequent Nudge alerts until this time.
