Below is the chart of expected downtime on applications that might impact some or all users during the MFA transition process. If you have any questions, please reach out to the UWM Help Desk.

All UWM accounts will have the new digital identity experience added and configured; people using UWM applications may experience sporadic outages at this time. 


When logging into your account, you may be prompted to complete steps as required by the new digital identity experience (MFA, self-service password reset or both).
