Network Outages affecting GLRF/GLOB/CEP/ZSPH

UW SysNet is experiencing a hardware failure that has resulted in a series of network outages affecting off-campus sites routed through the 809 Broadway POP.
These sites are: GLRF, Global Water, CEP, ZSPH.
They are working on remediating the issue but for now access to and from those sites is extremely instable or completely down.
