These suggestions for LawRoom/Everfi online training usage have been determined to usually fix any issues a user encounters when having issues with Lawroom:
(1) Use the Chrome or Firefox web browser.
(2) Whichever web browser you use, make sure your browser is up-to-date.
(3) If your browser is up-to-date, clear your browser’s cache:

(4) Another troubleshooting approach: (temporarily) Disable all popup blockers and 3rd party toolbars in your browser.
