Duo - Adding a -a Account

If you have a -a account, you can enroll the same multifactor authentication devices you have registered to your non -a account.

Enrolling MFA devices with your -a Account

Enrolling devices to your -a account requires you to have one or more devices enrolled in your non -a account. If you do not have any devices enrolled in your non -a account, refer to these sets of instructions:

If you have devices enrolled with your non -a account, you can follow the instructions below to link them to your -a account.

  1. Navigate to the Duo Dashboard at: Log in with your Office365 credentials.

  2. Under Duo, click the Duo Account Management button
  3. Scroll down until you see the section labeled "Duo User Account: <your -a account name> "

  4. In this section:
    If you have any mobile devices added, you will see buttons labeled "Add: <name of device>" under Mobile Devices.
    If you have any hardware tokens added, you will see buttons labeled "Add Duo Token: <serial number>" under Hardware Tokens.
    To enroll those devices to your -a account, click the corresponding buttons.
