Office 365 - Technical Support for Office 365 Features and Applications

The UWM Help Desk and Office 365 Support Team provides support for all Microsoft Office 365 features and applications. In order to provide the best service, we strive to be great at the most commonly used applications and be as helpful as possible with the rest. The chart below details the level of support currently provided.

Regardless of level of support, if we are unable to resolve the issue, we can open a case with Microsoft directly for further troubleshooting assistance.


Full Support

(Supported, tested)

Full Support means that we will help work through issues that may occur with the software. Our team has access to proper training and documentation on the use of the application.


Minimal Support

(Provided, but limited support)

Minimal Support means we will be glad to help the best we can and learn with you along the way. We can point you towards tutorials and documentation, and help with web searches that will lead you in the right direction.
