Which types of incidents that SOIS clients encounter should be escalated

This article outlines the types of incidents that used to be handled by the SOIS Tech team. These are all incidents that SOIS Faculty/Students will be encountering or require assistance with.

These incident types should be escalated to the Desktop Support (DS) task team in Cherwell. Any issues with physical labs can be escalated to Classroom Services.
