Reminders
Once users have taken an initial action, like setting up a meeting with a student, the user may have no further work to perform at the present time. However, users will want to revisit the student's file. In this case, the advising application provides users with the ability to set a reminder on a student profile. This reminder will appear in the student list.

Note: You must have access to view student profiles in order to add reminders in the system.  If you do not have access to student profiles then you will not be able to access the reminders feature.

To Add a Reminder:

  1. Go to a student's profile.
  2. Click Add a Reminder to this Student.  This option can be found on the left side of the page under Staff Alerts.
  3. Name your reminder, add a due date, and click Save Reminder.
  4. The reminder will show on the student profile under the Reports/Notes tab.
