SSC Campus (Case Management) Reminders

Once a user hs taken an initial action, like setting up a meeting with a student, there may be nothing else to do until the student responds. However, some users will want to revisit the student's file to check for further activity. In this case, the advising application grants users the ability to set a reminder on a student profile. This reminder will appear in the student list.

Note: You must have access to view student profiles in order to add reminders in the system. If you do not have access to student profiles then you will not be able to access the reminders feature.

To Add a Reminder:

  1. Go to a student's profile.
  2. Click Add a Reminder to this Student. This option can be found on the left side of the page under Staff Alerts.
  3. Name your reminder, add a due date, and click Save Reminder.
  4. The reminder will show on the student profile under the Reports/Notes tab.
