Office 365 (OneDrive) - Using version history

Each time you save a document in OneDrive, a version is saved to your version history.


You can restore a document to any one of the previously saved versions at any time. The linked article from Microsoft Support describes how a user can access and then restore/recover a previous version of a OneDrive document.
