M365 Outlook (How To) Help! Why is My Email Font So Small/Large?
Sometimes, by no fault of the user, when attempting to write an email, the font is suddenly mismatched from the expected size. There is a simple fix to this as outlined below:
Please click on the New Email button.
Go to Format Text > Zoom, and set the zoom to option to 100%.
Click OK then begin typing to verify the change has corrected the font size.
