Microsoft 365 Teams (How To) - Request International Calling Permissions
With a Teams calling number, users have the ability to make external phone calls to local and long distance numbers by default. However, some UWM staff will need to make international calls.
If you are required to make international calls as part of your staff position at UWM, please reach out to your DFO (Divisonal Financial Officer) or PREP (Personnel Representative), as they will need to request international calling permissions on your behalf. Once you have discussed your need with your PREP/DFO, they will need to submit the Teams International Calling Request Form.
The form will be sent to our Cloud Services and Applications team for their review and someone from that team will be in touch with you to let you know the international calling functionality has been applied to your Teams calling line.
