M365 Teams (Information) Toll-Free Audio-Conferencing Request
Users can schedule meetings through Microsoft Teams with Audio-Conferencing where users call in to the meeting using a non-Teams phone. The default phone number provided in the invitation will not be toll-free, so meeting attendees may be charged to call in for the meeting.
Departmental PREPs or UBRs can fill out the following form to request Audio-Conferencing for individual users: Teams Toll-Free Audio-Conferencing Request Form.
NOTE: This link will not be functional for student employees.
This form should be submitted on behalf of faculty and staff to request a toll-free dial-in audio conferencing number for participants to use in Teams meetings. If you are a faculty or staff member, please ask your PREP or UBR to submit this form on your behalf.
The number you are provided by default when creating a Teams meeting will not be toll-free.
