M365 Outlook (Information) Group Folders and Rules Support

Outlook Group folders and rules are now available for Microsoft 365 users at UWM. Groups in Microsoft 365 let you choose a set of people that you wish to collaborate with and easily set up a collection of resources for those people to share. Resources such as a shared Outlook inbox, shared calendar or a document library for collaborating on files. The addition and impact of Group Folders and Group Rules is outlined below.

Group Folders: Group users will be able to create folders inside the Groups section in Outlook mail module. Users can move and copy messages across different folders inside of the Group.

Group Rules: We are also releasing support for Rules inside the Groups mailbox. With rules, users can automate the organization of incoming Groups mails. Once users have created folders, they will be able to view and access the deleted folder of the Group.
