How to create a free Mathworks account

UWM students, faculty, and staff are required to create a free Mathworks account in order to use Matlab. 

Please refer to the steps below on how to create a free Mathworks account: 

  1. Go to University Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s MATLAB portal
  2. Click on the “Sign in to get started” button.
  3. Enter your UWM email address and click Next
  4. Login using your UWM credentials.
