Duo - I Cannot Access my Email to Enroll in Duo

Access to email in Office 365 is protected through multifactor authentication. If you have not enrolled a device to perform secondary authentication with before your Duo enrollment period expires, you will be unable to access your email and enroll a device.


You must contact the UWM Help Desk to be temporarily granted access to the Duo Dashboard. Here, you can add a mobile device or hardware token to use as a secondary authentication method.
