How to use the Campus ID finder

An article describing how to utilize the Campus ID finder tool to acquire your Campus ID number.

If there is a case where you forgot your Campus ID number or misplaced your Panther Card, you can use the Campus ID finder to retrieve your Campus ID number. To begin, visit the Campus ID finder website here ( ).

Step 1: Log in (if you haven't already done so)

To use the finder, it is required that you log into the UWM website. When you initially visit the website above, it will prompt you to log in if you were not already signed in. The login screen will be the same 1Login screen used to log into websites such as D2L. Enter your ePanther ID and password and press "Login" to continue.

Step 2: E-mail your Campus ID to yourself

Once you reach this page, it should automatically enter your O365 e-mail address ("") into the box below. Press "Email My Campus ID" to continue.

The page will show this message if it was able to send your Campus ID to your e-mail address.

Step 3: Retrieve your Campus ID number from your e-mail

The final step is to go to your e-mail inbox on Office 365 to find an e-mail from "UWM Registrar's Office". It may prompt you to log in using your "" and ePanther password if you weren't previously signed in. Once you reach your inbox, look for the e-mail below:

The e-mail will contain your full Campus ID number.
