Microsoft 365 (Information) Technical Support for M365 Features and Applications

The UWM Help Desk and Cloud Services Support Team provide support for all Microsoft 365 features and applications. In order to provide the best service, we strive to be great at the most commonly used applications and to be as helpful as possible with the rest. The chart below details the level of support currently available. Regardless of level of support, if we are unable to resolve any issue, we can open a case with Microsoft directly for further troubleshooting assistance.


Definition of Terms:

Full Support (Supported, tested) - means that we will help work through issues that may occur with the software. Our team has access to proper training and documentation on the use of the application.

Minimal Support (Provided, but limited support) - means we will help the best we can and learn with you along the way. We can point you towards tutorials and documentation, and help with web searches that may lead you in the right direction.
