Office 365 (Skype For Business) - Creating Skype For Business Meetings in Outlook

This document explains how to create Skype For Business Meetings in Outlook 2013 as well as Outlook on the Web

Outlook 2016

1. In the Home tab, select New Items, then select Skype Meeting


2. You will be prompted to sign in to Skype For Business if not already.

3. An email draft will open where you can add contacts to invite to the meeting, select the location, time, and date, and then also leave a message. When you're all finished, select Send and the meeting will be created.

Outlook 2013

Outlook On The Web

1. In the Office 365 portal, click the App Launcher, then select Calendar.

2. Click New.

3. Select the Skype Meeting drop-down menu, then select Add Skype Meeting.

4. This will open a new calendar event. From here, you can add people to the meeting, schedule the time, date, and location, and also add a message. When you are finished, select Save.
