Office 365 - Printing multiple slides per page in Microsoft PowerPoint

Microsoft PowerPoint gives users the option to print off presentations in the form of a handout that contains multiple slides per page. This document will provide instructions for performing this task in both Windows and Mac OSX.

How-to

The following are directions for PC:
  1. On the top left side of the PowerPoint application, choose File --> Print.
  2. In the Settings section of the menu, click the first box below Slides and choose from the Handouts field.
  3. Select the number of slides per page you desire.
  4. Select Print.

The following are directions for Mac:
  1. Choose File --> Print.
  2. Select Microsoft PowerPoint from the pull down menu that is defaulted to General.
  3. Choose Handouts under the 'print what:' category.
  4. Select the number of slides per page you desire.
  5. Select Print.
The following are directions for accessing PowerPoint Online:
 
1. On the top left side of the PowerPoint web application, choose File --> Print.
2. Select Print Handouts, it will only give you an option to print out three slides per page.
3. The next screen will be a print preview screen.
4. Select Print
