Office 365 (Outlook on the web) - Printing Messages

Even in the world of smartphones, tablets, and laptops, sometimes you need to print a copy of a message.

How do I print a message?

To print a message in Outlook on the web,

  1. Select the message that you want to print.
  2. In the message to the far right, click on the Reply/Reply all drop down buttonExtended Menu  and select print.

  3. The message will open in a new window, and a print menu will open on top of your message. Select the printer and options you want, and then select Print.
  4. Close the print window.
