How to retrieve ePanther ID
When you apply to or accept a position with UWM, you will be assigned a user ID, which is called an ePanther ID. This will be provided to you via correspondence (in either an email or letter to your place of residence).
Your ePanther ID is the first half of your student email and is used to log into various webpages here at UW-Milwaukee. Your ePanther ID should have been provided to you in your acceptance letter.
If You:
- Received your ePanther ID and there is a misspelling
- Received your ePanther ID and it does not reflect your legal name
- Never received correspondence informing you of your ePanther ID
You will need to contact the UW-Milwaukee IT Help Desk. To do so you can call 414-229-4040, email helpdesk@it.uwm.edu, or you can submit an Online Support Request Form.
When contacting the UW-Milwaukee IT Help Desk for an ePanther request, please be prepared to provide:
- Legal First Name
- Legal Middle Name
- Legal Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Campus ID Number
