Lawroom Troubleshooting

If you're having troubles with Lawroom not working correctly in your browser, please review the below to determine if any of these things might help to resolve your issue

Here is a list of the top troubleshooting tips to fix most performance problems in LawRoom training:

These suggestions for LawRoom/Everfi online training usage have been determined to usually fix any issues a user encounters when having issues with Lawroom: 

(1) Use the Chrome or Firefox web browser.

(2) Whichever web browser you use, make sure your browser is up-to-date.

(3) If your browser is up-to-date,  clear your browser’s cache:

(4) Another troubleshooting approach:  (temporarily) Disable all popup blockers and 3rd party toolbars in your browser.
