Known Issue - MacOS Users Experiencing Issues Connecting to UWMWiFi
If you are affected please follow the steps below to have your managed device receive the policy to remove the profile.
Since the release of new certificates, our campus community, using University Macs, have been experiencing issues connecting to UWMWiFi.
While on campus:
- Connect to Eduroam or Public, preferably eduroam. Use your uwm credentials
- Go to Self Service -- Tools & First Aid -Force Policy Check
- After the status bar shows complete, this will remove the UWMWIFI profile we pushed to all of our machines
