TurningPoint Clickers - Registration: Becoming Clicker Ready
This article shows how an individual can register their clicker if its needed in their class.

D2L1. Log into your D2L account and select the class that utilizes the clickers2. Go to the course page's content. Normally there should be a module that should say TurningPoint Cloud Integration unless your instructor says otherwise4. A verification link will be sent to your school e-mail. Check on your e-mail to click on the link provided in the message5. Enter in your information and create a password. (Note: it is important you select the role as Student)6. Enter in the device ID and/or License and click Finish This step is optional if you have neither one and you can still click Finish to go the dashboard.From here you should be Clicker Ready.
In case that there isn't an integration link on D2L provided by instructors, students can still create an account by going to the following web address:
From there they are directed to the TurningTechnologies' homepage. To create an account from here, they can click on the link at the top right that says TurningCloud Login then follow steps #3 - 6 from the previous sections.
If you have not entered in the Device ID and/or the License, you can still enter the information in the dashboard.
Entering in Device ID (Optional)
This is where a student would input the device ID code found on the back of the clicker. (Note: this is optional since users have the option to use ResponseWare[Clicker Mobile Application])
1. Access the dashboard
2. Click on Device in the middle
3. Click on Add a Device
4. Enter in the Device ID in the field and click Register
Your clicker device should be connected to your account then.
Entering in/Purchase a License
This is required in order for the clicker to work in class. If you bought a new clicker, there should be a license code on a back of the card provided. Otherwise you can buy a license at the UWM virtual bookstore: uwm.ecampus.com
1. Access the TurningPoint Dashboard
2. Click on License in the middle
3. Click on Add a License
4. Enter in a license code.
