Microsoft 365 (Outlook on the Web) - Calendar Color Categorization

This article shows how a Outlook on the Web user can color categorize their calendar.




Troubleshooting



1. Log into your Microsoft 365 account using your ePantherID and password

2. Go to the calendar function by clicking on the square of nine dots, that will lead you to all the Microsoft 365 applications.

3. Click on New to create a new calendar event meeting your needs of the event



4. Click on the Categorize dropdown bar and select a color

5. Click on Save

The calendar event should now be color coated to the color category you set it to while still remaining on the Calendar that you set it to. You can hide the calendar event even if its color categorized by clicking on the Calendar removing the highlight and removing it from view.
