M365 Storage (Information) Limitations of OneDrive and SharePoint
Microsoft enforces size limits in OneDrive and Sharepoint. This knowledge base article links to Microsoft's documentation on those limits.
SharePoint limits - This Microsoft article provides information about the SharePoint storage, site, and user limitations by plan. UWM has the Microsoft 365 E3 plan. Limits for E3 licensed organizations are in the middle column of the permissions and limits table.
OneDrive limits - This Microsoft article provides information about OneDrive storage limitations. OneDrive storage at UWM is limited to 100 GB per user. As per Microsoft, this storage space cannot be increased. Users that need above the 100GB space are recommended to utilize SharePoint's increased storage.
