UITS offers short courses for students, faculty,and staff for a number of software programs, applications, and various othertechnologies. This document will cover short course offerings, registration,location, and contact information. These short courses are run through Learning TECHniques.

Short Course Offerings

Short courses are offered during the Spring,Summer, and Fall semesters.  They are notoffered during UWinteriM. A list of current short courses can be found on theshort course website (here)with a brief description of courses, prerequisites, specific times, locations,openings, and prices. If a client wishes to view a specific course, they cansearch by using the Category drop down menu along with the Course drop downmenu on the website. A schedule of short course offerings is also available.

Registration 

Clients can register for short courses by either registering on (here) or by downloading a registration form, by clicking on the link for thecurrent semester printable registration form. A client can then follow up andcheck their course registration by viewing their registration.

Location

All short courses are taught in Bolton Hall 230,just inside the Bolton Hall CCL (BOL 225).  The Learning TECHniques office is located inBolton 214.
