Office 365 (Outlook on the Web) - Turn Off Conversation View

If you do not want to see all emails grouped together, follow these instructions to turn off conversation view. This will show all emails separately in your Outlook mailboxes.

1.  Click the settings cog which is located on the right-hand side of the screen of the outlook on the web application. Click "view all outlook settings" at the bottom as shown.

2. The image below will appear. Scroll down in the layout section until you find "message organization" click show email as individual messages.



3. Click save. This will show all emails separately in your outlook mailboxes.
