Client's Modifier Keys are Malfunctioning
This article contains directions on how to assist a client who has enabled Sticky Keys.
Sticky Keys is an accessibility feature in Windows for people who have difficulty holding down one key and pressing another. Hitting any of the modifier keys (Shift, Ctrl, Alt, or the windows key) five times in a row it will turn on Sticky Keys. It sometimes gives you a message, sometimes not. Sticky Keys acts like the key that was pressed five times is being held down. The key will remain this way until pressing the sequence of five again or rebooting.
