Knowledgebase User's Guide - Contact and Support Information

This document outlines how you can get support and help from the Knowledgebase team while creating or updating your documents. Please Note: Our hours of operation for support are M-F, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (excluding holidays).

Submit a Support Request

If you have questions while building your Knowledge Base group space, please don't hesitate to contact the Knowledge Base team at kb-team@doit.wisc.edu or the DoIT Help Desk at help@doit.wisc.edu. We are happy to assist and will respond as promptly as possible.

Please note that service interruptions and outages are reported on the DoIT Outages page, where you can find the latest status information for affected services.

Join Our Mailing List

We regularly connect with users via our email list to communicate key updates and noteworthy news regarding the service. As our service spans two populations (UW-Madison campus and institutions outside of UW-Madison), there are two ways to join the appropriate list.

Training

While the Knowledgebase User's Guide does provide a great amount of introductory and intermediate information on how to accomplish certain tasks, one-on-one or group training is also available. To schedule a time for training, please reach out to our team at kb-team@doit.wisc.edu and our training lead will be in touch with you soon to schedule a session.
